Selection General Meeting, Clayton Conservative Club
Manchester Conservatives Chairman and Officers formally announce a Selection General Meeting for the appointment of Candidates for 2015 General Election.
Procedure:
1) Public Interview and Questions
Officers ask Candidates set questions. Members then have an opportunity to ask their own questions.
2) Select and Rank
Once all Candidates have been interviewed members rank Candifdates.
3) Appointments
The highest ranked Candidates shal be allowed to choose which seat they wish to contest.
Please Note:Only members who have been in the party for more than 3 months may vote so bring your membership cards!
Members will have the opportunity to read the CVs of the candidates on the day and ask questions. You will only be allowed
to vote if you have been present for the meeting and questions.
Directions:
Clayton Conservative Club is 625 Ashton New Road, Manchester, M11 4RX. Parking - you’ll need to find a space in nearby streets. / Tram Stop is Clayton Hall - the club is about 300 yards up the road.
