You are invited to join the City of Manchester Conservative Federation Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 30 October 2020 at 8pm. Due to COVID restrictions, the meeting will take place online.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Apologies for absence
2. To receive and approve the minutes of the previous AGM
3. To receive and approve the Chairman’s Report
4. Election of Officers
5. Confirmation of honorary positions
6. Adjournment of the AGM
7. Opening of a short meeting by the Chairman to present and discuss the Federation’s future plans
The current team of Officers will be seeking re-election. If a member would like to stand for a position please reply to this e-mail to request a nomination form. Please note that completed and signed nomination forms must be returned by post at least 14 days before the date of the AGM.
